Moroccan cuisine is a true fusion of cultures. Berber, Andalusi, Mediterranean, and Arab influences can all be seen throughout the dishes. Almost all meals are served with bread or couscous. Tagines (stewed mains in a special tagine dish), preserved lemons, and mint tea are all iconic dishes and ingredients from the country.
