𝚊𝚋𝚘𝚞𝚝 𝚜𝚊𝚔𝚑𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚗 𝚌𝚞𝚒𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚎

The plains-land of Bryansk wedged between the borders of Ukraine and Belarus is widely known for it’s high-quality livestock products, but little is documented about it’s distinct food cuisine. Additionally, part of the population still lives in the Chernobyl contamination zone - approximately 16% of the oblast’s population as of 1999. No data has been shared since this learning.
